The order dated 16.01.2026 stands duly complied with. Affidavits of service have been filed and placed on record. I have perused the same.

It is prima facie seen that some of the non-consenting legal heirs have responded at all. After perusing the amendment paragraph No.3 appended at page No.1-A to 1-F, it is seen that in all there are 47 legal heirs out of which 24 legal heirs of the deceased are sought to be declared as legal heirs.

Considering the enormity of the relationship of the various legal heirs which is prima facie seen from page No.12-A, Officer on

16.MPT.110.2025.doc Special Duty in the Testamentary Department is directed to ascertain the correct relationship of 24 Applicants who are surviving today and accordingly issue grant in accordance with law after carrying out the aforesaid exercise. Let the aforesaid exercise be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
