By an order dated 24 January, 2024, the mandate of the learned Administrator was extended for a period of nine months. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that as the record is voluminous, the learned Administrator could not complete the exercise and submit report before this Court.

To advance the cause of justice, the mandate of the learned Administrator stands extended by six months.
