Parties state that they have settled the dispute which is the subject matter of the present suit and have recorded their compromise in the Consent Terms dated 6th May 2026. The original Consent Terms are tendered before this Court. A perusal of the Consent Terms would reveal that the same are executed by Plaintiff nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Defendant nos. 1 to 5. Conferencing). They are identified by their Advocates, and the Advocates have also signed the Consent Terms. All the parties confirm their signatures on the Consent Terms. They also confirm that the Consent Terms accurately record the agreement and understanding that is arrived at between them. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.
The suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 3.
All undertakings contained therein are treated as undertakings given to this Court and are duly accepted.

Refund of Court fees, if any, as per rules.

Liberty to apply.
6.
All pending Interim Applications taken out in the present suit, if any, also stand disposed of in terms of this order, and all interim orders passed therein, if any, shall stand vacated.
