After this matter has been heard extensively today and when the Court has proceeded to pass an order dismissing the Execution Application as well as the Interim Application, Ms. Chakravarty on instructions of her client-the Execution Applicant who is present in Court, seeks to withdraw the Execution Application and the connected Interim Application.

The other learned Counsel have no objection, although they had earlier submitted that if this Court is dismissing the Execution proceedings costs, may be imposed.
