Mr.Anjarlekar submits that even objections to the Interim Application have not been removed, as directed by this Court. That, this Court may dismiss the Execution Application and the connected Interim Applications. 3.
On 19th November 2025, the following order was passed : "1. None for the Applicant on call.
2. Mr.Anjarlekar, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent no.1 and seeks some time to take instructions in the matter.
3. List on 23rd December 2025.
4. It is made clear that if none appears for the Applicant on the next date, this Court will dismiss the Execution Application as well as the connected Interim Applications.
5. Let objections to the Interim Application be removed and registered numbers be obtained by the next date." 4.
As can be seen, on the last occasion this Court had made it clear that if none appears for the Applicant on the next date, this Court would dismiss the Execution Application as well as the connected Interim Applications.

Today, again, none appears for the Applicant. Accordingly, the Execution Application as well as the connected Interim Applications stand dismissed.
