The respondents' counsel informs the Court that the petitioners' counsel seems to have secured an adjournment without informing the respondents. As I recollect that, the petitioners' counsel mentioned the matter and got it posted to another date. Now the respondents' counsel submits that petitioners have taken nine adjournments on one ground or another. Post the matter on 14.10.2019, however.
