Heard Mr. Gupta, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.
This Petition takes exception to the order dated 7th December, 2018 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Palghar below Exhibit 5 in M.P. No.100 of 2018. By that order, the learned trial Judge partly allowed the application made by respondent No.2wife under section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'Act') for interim maintenance. The learned trial Judge directed the petitioner herein to pay Rs.6,000/ per month from the date of application to the 2nd respondent as a maintenance till further orders of the Court.

On instructions, Mr. Gupta assures that within one week from today, the petitioner will deposit entire arrears of maintenance in this Court.
P1wpst34472019.odt He states that the trial Court has fixed the matter on 12th April, 2019 for proceeding against the petitioner herein in case, he does not comply the impugned order.

In view thereof, list the Petition for admission on 11th April, 2019, to be listed in the supplementary board. In the meantime, within one week from today, the petitioner shall deposit entire arrears of maintenance in this Court as per the impugned order. Subject to the petitioner depositing entire arrears of maintenance in this Court within one week from today, there shall be adinterim order in terms of prayer clause (c). It is made clear that in case the petitioner does not deposit entire arrears of maintenance, the interim order shall stand vacated without further reference of the Court. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
