Heard Mr. Gupta, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Sonawane, learned A.G.P, for respondent No.1. 2.

Mr. Gupta states that the petitioner has complied the order of this Court dated 3rd April, 2019 by depositing entire arrears in this Court as per the impugned order.

In view thereof, issue notice to respondent No.2 returnable on 25th April, 2019, to be listed in the supplementary board. The parties are put to notice that subject to the time constraint and convenience of the Court, the Petition will be disposed of finally on that date. Notice shall further indicate that despite service if respondent No.2 fails to appear, the Court will proceed to decide the Petition on its own merits. On that date, the Court will also consider exploring possibility of settlement. 4.

Till next date, ad­interim order granted earlier shall remain in force.
