Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instruction submits that the petitioners are willing to deposit the double amount of the principal amount borrowed from the respondent no.6. 2.

Issue notice to the respondent nos. 5 to 7 returnable on 6th June, 2019.

Without prejudice to the contentions of the respondents, the petitioners are permitted to deposit an amount double than principal amount borrowed from the respondent no.6, by each of the petitioners within two weeks from today. The said amount be deposited in the account of the respondent no.6.

Till next date, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c). 5.

Mr.Pujari, learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of
