The facts of the present Petitions and the facts of the Writ Petition No. 10416 of 2019 are similar in that the petitioners in both Petitions are reverted without following principles of natural justice.

In Writ Petition No. 10416 of 2019 we have granted ad-interim relief in favour of the petitioner therein. 4.

In view of the above, we direct the respondents to fle reply before the returnable date.

Stand over to 5/12/2019.

Till next date there shall be an ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) which reads as follows : Prayer clause (c) in Writ Petition St. No.28553 of 2019 "(c) Pending the hearing and fnal disposal of this Writ Petition, the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned order dated 8-82019 [EXHIBIT "R" hereto] passed by the Respondent No.1 and impugned order dated 18-92019 [EXHIBIT "S" hereto] passed by the Respondent No.2 - Institution thereby reverting the Petition in the post of Temporary Clerk, may kindly be stayed and accordingly, the Petitioner be permitted to continue his services in the post of District Organization Commissioner / District Organizer."

Prayer clause (c) in Writ Petition No.10876 of 2019 "(c) Pending the hearing and fnal disposal of this Writ Petition, the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned order dated 18-92019 [EXHIBIT "U" hereto] passed/issued by the Respondent No. 2- Institution thereby reverting the Petitioner in the post of Temporary Clerk, may kindly be stayed and accordingly, the Petitioner be permitted to continue her services in the post of District Organization Commissioner / District Organizer."
