The Petitioner seeks direction to the District Collector to delete the entries of reservation for Kasarsai Ujawa Kalwa Vitarika Kra.7, 8, 9, 10 Project from the other rights column of the 7/12 extract of the land bearing Survey No.30, admeasuring 2H, 58R, situated at village Man, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune.

Leave to amend the Petition to add the Acquiring Body as party Respondent. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3.

Issue notice to the newly added Respondent, returnable on 04.03.2020. Private notice is permitted in addition. 4.
