Mr. Sangale Advocate for Respondent states that he has fled vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent in the Office and he is competent to represent the Respondent. The Respondent is absent.

We have heard the Appellant and the learned Advocate for the Respondent. The Appellant has placed certain demands in terms of lump sum amount, return of gold ornaments, return of various documents such as Pan Card, 1/3

Passport, her books, her personal belongings in the nature of clothes and various other things. The Appellant has also placed demand in terms of a fat. The Appellant informed this Lok Adalat that the Courts below have ordered maintenance to be paid by the Respondent and as of today, the Respondent is in arrears of maintenance to the tune of Rs. 05,51,000/- approximately.

We tried to arrive at settlement. However, unfortunately we could not arrive at any settlement. 4.

The learned Advocate Mr. Sangale in fairness, upon instructions from his client, made a statement before this Lok Adalat that the Respondent undertakes to deposit in this Court a sum of Rs. 05,51,000/- on or before 16th October 2019. It is clarifed that this amount will be subject to the result of ultimate Orders passed by this Court.

After having considered the entire matter, we are unable to convince parties to arrive at any settlement. An attempt to settlement before Lok Adalat has failed as on today.

We are informed by Mr. Sangale that the Second Appeal is posted for regular hearing, for admission on 16th September 2019. Office to place this Second Appeal before the regular Court on 16th September, 2019 for further hearing. (V.V.MUGLIKAR) (Y.A.RANE) (R.Y.GANOO 2/3
