Heard learned Counsel for the Appellants.

This second appeal challenges two concurrent judgements and decrees passed by the courts below on the suit filed by the Respondents for partition of family property. The Appellants were arraigned as defendants to the suit. The Appellants had an interim protection during the pendency of the appeal before the lower appellate court, which was also continued by that court for sometime after the impugned order was passed.
