Papers are allowed to be produced at 3.00 p.m. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the respondents have fled judicial proceedings for enforcement of the Judgment and Award dated 24.1.2019 passed by the Extra Joint Judge and Additional Sessions Judge, Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Thane in MACP No.637 of 2015. She undertakes that her client will deposit entire amount as directed by the said order within four weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. In view of the undertaking rendered by the learned counsel, there shall be ad-interim stay of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by that Court till next date.

It is made clear no further extension of time will be granted.
