Shri Sakhare, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Gr. Mumbai states that in view of order dated 19.11.2018 passed by the Division Bench consisting of Hon'ble Chief Justice Naresh Patil and M. S. Karnik, J., Respondents would like to approach the same Bench, with a request to issue appropriate directions or to pass proper order.

In view of certain statements stated to have been made before the Division Bench on preceding date by Petitioner, it would be in fitness of things for Respondent/Corporation to make suitable request to said Bench for issuance of appropriate directions/orders. We, therefore, adjourn the matter by two weeks at the request of the Respondent. 3.
