The learned Advocate appearing for the Registrar of Companies and the Union of India on notice applies for an adjournment until 13th June 2019 essentially to enable the Union of India and Registrar of Companies to request the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court to assign all the Writ Petitions on this point to one Bench. Secondly, he says that the Union of India has requested the Additional Solicitor General, Mr Anil Singh, to address the Court.

Since the request for adjournment is bona fide, we list these matters on 13th June 2019 on the supplementary board, subject to the aforesaid administrative direction by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Before that date it will be open to the Union of India and Registrar of Companies to take the appropriate steps so that all matters on this point are assigned to one Bench.
