Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, by way of interim order, we direct that in the meantime, either the petitioner or developer to deposit 50% of the amount demanded within two weeks in this Court and such deposit shall be applicable in respect of members of the Society. 3.
The petitioner or the developer, as the case may be, shall file an undertaking within two weeks that in case the petition fails, they will deposit the balance amount. As soon as the amount is deposited and undertakings are given, the documents be registered, if it is complete in all other aspects. 4.
List these petitions alongwith Writ Petition Nos.3700/17 (AS), 2891/17, 2310/16, 781/18, 1556/17, 211/19, 986/19, 1996/18, 3578/18, 813/18, 3513/18, 679/18, 2566/19, 2001/19, 2521/18 and 1592/18 on 7th February, 2020.
