In this suit filed for partition of the estate, the plaintiffs seek urgent reliefs restraining the defendants from disposing of property mentioned in Schedule-1 to the plaint. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant no.1 and on behalf of defendant nos.2 to 5 undertake to enter their appearances within one week from today.

In the meantime, learned counsel for defendant no.1 and defendant 1/2
28-NMSL-2115-19.doc nos.2 to 5 state that none of the defendants have any intention of disposing any of the assets referred to in Schedule-1 to the plaint. Likewise, on behalf of the plaintiffs also, a statement is made that plaintiffs shall not dispose of any of the assets, of which they are in possession. Statements are accepted as undertakings given to this court.

Affidavit-in-reply, if any, to be filed within a period of four weeks from today. Affidavit-in-rejoinder, if any, to be filed within a period of four weeks thereafter.
