The Union of India is aggrieved by the order dated 12th December 2019 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (in short, "Tribunal") in Original Application No.642 of 2015 and connected matters.

The Tribunal held that the applicant was entitled to the benefits of services rendered by her as casual employee prior to the date of her regularisation for the purpose of grant of financial upgradation under the ACP Scheme. Thus, the benefits were directed to be granted to the respondent by counting the service rendered by her on casual/daily rated basis from 1983 until 1989 for the purpose of grant of benefits under the ACP Scheme. 3.

The Tribunal's order dated 12th December 2019 was challenged before this Court in Writ Petition No.2760 of 2021 (Union of India & Ors. v. Ganpat Medge) along with connected matters. On 26th November 2025, this Court dismissed all the 1/2 23-WP-3228-2024.doc Dixit

writ petition filed by the Union of India. Ms. Olivil Nadar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the respondent in the present petition is identically placed and although this petition was circulated, it was not included in the order dated 26th November 2025.

Upon perusing the pleadings and the prayers in the present writ petition we note that the issue raised in this petition has been decided by this Court in the aforementioned order dated 26th November 2025. Dr. Vinod Joshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute this. For the sake of brevity, we are not quoting the entire order. For the same reasons recorded in the order dated 26th November 2025, the present Writ Petition No.3228 of 2024 stands dismissed. Contempt Petition, if any, filed before the Tribunal also stands dismissed.
