Interlocutory order dated 07.12.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.141 of 2021 in the case of Jitendra Ganpati Mane Vs. President / Secretary, Malludevi Shikshan Prasarak Mandal and Ors. is placed before me.

Paragraph No.3 of the said order prima facie relates to stand taken by the Government in respect of Government Notification pertaining to ban on new recruitment which was issued by the State Government. In that case Court observed that Government had taken
11.WP.11234.2024.doc a categorical stand in paragraph No.8 in the Affidavit-in-Reply dated 30.07.2022 by stating that due to ban on recruitment, approval could not be granted to the Petitioner therein despite the fact that the Petitioner was appointed as far back as in the year 2002. 4.
Similar situation exists in present case on facts. 5.
Ms. Jadhav is directed to take cognizance on stand adopted by Government and accordingly make appropriate submissions to enable this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6.
