Thereafter, the matter was listed on the board of Registrar (Judl. -II) on 10.06.2025 and today i.e. on 24.06.2025.

However, the office remark discloses that though the learned advocate for the applicant collected the copy of notice on 24.03.2025 for publishing the same in the newspaper, he has not filed published copy of newspaper. As such, it appears from the record that though ample time and opportunity was granted to the learned advocate for the applicant to publish the notice in daily newspaper and file it's copy on record, the leaned advocate for the applicant has not supplied copy of published newspaper in the department. In such circumstances, two weeks time is granted with direction to supply published copy of newspaper of notice of respondent No. 4 without fail. On failure,the First Appeal alongwith Interim Application, if nay would stand dismissed against unserved respondent no. 4 without further reference to the court of Registrar.
