Learned counsel for the appellants would point out that the case laws mentioned in paragraph No.5 of the order are not relevant and instead of that, the common judgment dated 13.07.2022 passed in First Appeal No.2460 of 2021 with connected matters and the order dated 18.12.2025 passed in First Appeal No.1814 of 2023 shall be substituted.

I have verified that the judgments quoted in paragraph No.5 pertain to parity and the judgments which are to be incorporated are more appropriate.

The judgments mentioned in paragraph No.5 shall be replaced by following judgment/order :
