The consent terms dated 4th February 2025 is taken on record and marked 'X' with today's date for identification. 3.
I have perused the terms. The terms are legal and valid. 4.
Learned counsel for the respondents confirm receipt of the additional amount as stated in the consent terms. 5.
In view of the settlement between the parties, the respondents have undertaken to withdraw the execution application. 6.
The second appeal is disposed of in terms consent terms. 7.
In view of the consent terms, the orders impugned in the second appeal are quashed and set aside.

In view of the disposal of the second appeal, pending application is disposed of as infructuous.
