ORDER

(Passed on 10.05.2025) 1.

The National Insurance Company and the original petitioner arrived at settlement and as per the settlement, the Insurance Company has already deposited the amount of Rs.26,00,000/- along with 8% interest. As per the terms of the settlement, the original petitioner agreed to accept the interest at the rate of 7%. 2.

In view of the above terms and conditions, the Insurance Company settles the dispute.

The office to refund the amount to the appellant Rs.1,52,317/- with accrued interest thereon and balance amount be paid to the original claimant/petitioner on due identification and verification with accrued interest. 4.

The appellant is entitled to receive the refund of the court fees as per rules.

5.

Award be drawn accordingly.
