Learned advocate for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. The request is made on instructions. The petitioners seek liberty to approach the Civil Court. The request is placed in view of the judgment of the Division Bench in Zainul Abedin Yusufali Massawawala versus The Competent Authority in Writ Petition No. 2163 of 2014 decided on 29 June 2016. Leave as sought deserves to be granted. 2.

The issues raised in the writ petition are not examined on merits. The petitioners are free to raise all contentions in the civil suit.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 4.

The interim application does not survive. It also stands disposed of.
