This appeal is filed by the appellant challenging the order passed by the City Civil Court at Mumbai whereby the motion taken out by the appellant to seek interim relief was dismissed. The impugned order is dated 5 August 2020. Today, we are in 2025. The main suit is listed for framing of the issues on 18 October 2025. 2.

In light of the above fact, no interference is called for in the impugned order.

The appeal is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, Interim Application does not survive.
