INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 1853 OF 2026 1.

The present Interim Application has been preferred by the Appellant, who seeks to amend the paper book to add the reasoned order dated 8th October 2020 that was passed by the Trial Court and further grounds to the Appeal on which the impugned order is challenged. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, I am satisfied that the same is required to be allowed and accordingly, the following order ------------------------------------- Order dated 10th March 2026

24-ao-527-2021 Munnabanu Khan Vs. MCGM is passed:- ::ORDER::

(i) Applicant is permitted to amend the papers and proceedings of Appeal From Order no. 527 of 2021 in terms of the schedule of amendment annexed to the present Interim Application.

(ii) This amendment shall be carried out on or before 24th March 2026 and copy of the amended Appeal From Order shall thereafter be served on the Respondent and an Affidavit-ofService to that effect shall be filed on or before the next date. (iii) Interim Application is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
