Today, the matter is taken on production board. 2.

The reason is the order dated 2nd May 2024 could not be uploaded because the Revision Application was not numbered. In the praecipe moved on 2nd May 2024 learned Advocate inadvertently given the revision number. However, it is not correct because amendment permitted by Division Bench on 27th March 2024 thereby converting Criminal Application into Revision could not be carried out. In fact, learned Advocate was ready to carry out amendment but the file was not traceable.

Today, he has carried out the amendment. Let office to certify it. 4.

Then the Revision be numbered and then private notice of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 be issued returnable on 3rd July 2024. Service affidavit be filed.
