Be that it may, I have heard learned Advocate for the Applicant. He has served Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 by private notice sent through post. They are duly served. Let him file an affidavit in the office within seven days from today. Court will go through to affidavit on next date. The order of framing of the charge is challenged on the following grounds:
(i) The first informant is not registered holder of the Copyright. (ii) The procedure of the search and seizure is improper. 5.
He wants to rely upon few judgments. He has shown it to me. He can file it on the next date by doing pagination. 6.
