This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Trinidade Louis Castelino being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Paul Roza Castelino died intestate at Goa on 05.05.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 1 namely Milagrin Castelino died intestate at Mumbai on 22.06.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the were survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.07.2025 is filed. As petitioner is only surviving legal heir of both the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of affixation of General Notice has not yet been completed hence, matter is adjourned to 05.08.2025. 28.07.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
