This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bhaven Mahendra Shah, who is Daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Mahendra Khetsey Shah, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 17.02.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. The wife of deceased expired on 12.07.2014. Ld. Advocate to seek amend to para no. 4 of the petition name of the legal heirs of the Bhaven i.e. minor son not mentioned. Leave granted. Advocate to carry out amendment within 12 weeks from today. Remove from Board.
