TP/4679/2024 Mr. Suyash Kalbhor a/w. Siddharth Desai i/b. B. G. Saraf, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Amisha Bhaven Shah being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Mahendra Khetsey Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 17.02.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased died on 01.01.2024. Widow of deceased died on 12.07.2014. One son of deceased died on 12.12.2020 leaving behind his widow and one minor son. Deceased was survived by three brothers, one sister, one daughter-in-law and one grandson. Out of them daughter-in-law is petitioner herein and the petitioner being mother and natural guardian has given consent on behalf of minor grandson of deceased master Devarsh and three brothers and one sister have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.11.2024 and Administration Bond dated 19.10.2023 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
