1. Read praecipe dated 21.03.2025 and thereby seeks permission to take out the original Power of Attorney which is tendered in the file for adjudication under Section 33 and 34 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958 as Power of Attorney does not stamp as per the above referred sections.

2. Original Power of Attorney is not seen in the petition. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that she will take information about the original Power of Attorney. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner further submits that she will take steps to pay the proper stamp fee by the proper office having jurisdiction. Praecipe is allowed and disposed of.
