1. Ld. advocate for the petitioner has filed the praecipe dated 24.04.2025 and thereby seeks permission to delete the locker mentioned at Sr. No. 7 of the petition, on ground that earlier Ld. advocate due to inadvertently incorporated it in the schedule-I of the petition. However, with the correspondences with Vijaya Bank, it is confirmed that there is no such locker existed in the name of the deceased.

2. However, the petitioner has not proceeded the copies of communication referred in the praecipe. Furthermore, documents annexed to the praecipe are not legible. Hence, the petitioner to take steps and produce the document accepting the fact, according to Rules. Hence, praecipe is kept for order, upon production of relevant documents.

3. Petitioner to comply earlier orders. Hence, adjourned.
