1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe and submitted that in para no. 2 of the order dated 22.08.2025, dates of affidavits are wrongly mentioned as "15.07.2025" and "07.08.2025" instead of "14.07.2025 and "06.08.2025", respectively.

Furthermore, In line no. 4 of the para no. 4, pronoun is used as 'he' instead of "she". Submission is accepted. Accordingly, order stands corrected accordingly.

2. Perused order dated 22.08.2025, dates of the affidavits are corrected and read as "14.07.2025"

and "06.08.2025". In line no. 4 of the para no. 4, pronoun is used as he instead of "she". Accordingly, these pronouns are corrected by substituting pronoun "she".

3. Furthermore, in appearance, name of Ld. advocate 'K. K. Bilamoria' is mentioned instead of Ld. advocate "B. G. Saraf." Hence, appearance is also corrected by substituting the name of Ld. advocate on the Record.

4. Furthermore, in line No. 2 of paragraph No. 4 of the said Order, repeated Words "is not" are deleted. in paragraph No. 5 at line No. 2 of the said Order, word "he" is substituted by word "is".

5. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 22.08.2025 will remain as it is.
