1. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that after filing the Execution Application, the Respondent has filed two affidavits of disclosure and it has been found certain properties were not included in the execution application. He further submits that before issuing the warrant of attachment the properties are required to be included in the Execution Application and, therefore, a Chamber Summons No. 27 of 2017 is filed. The present Chamber Order is taken out for amending the Chamber Summons as per the schedule annexed thereto.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the Affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately.

Amendment to be carried out within six weeks from today.
