The present Commercial Arbitration Petition seeks the following relief:

"(a) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time period for making of the arbitral award in the Metro 5 Arbitration upto 31st July 2021 or any other period as may be deemed appropriate by the Hon'ble Court."

It was put to Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner as to how the present application for the above relief would survive. She first sought leave to amend the present Commercial

13-CARBP-24-2024.DOC Arbitration Petition. However, when the aforesaid request was not acceded to the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, she sought leave to withdraw the present Commercial Arbitration Petition with liberty to file the same afresh. 3.

At her request, the Commercial Arbitration Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for. (ARIF S. DOCTOR, J)
