P.C.:- Learned counsel appearing for the Appellants submitted that, the Appellants had already submitted proposal for regularization of Suit structures, which the Designated Officer of Respondent-Corporation has in fact received.

Learned counsel for the Respondent-Corporation submitted that, the Appellants ought to have submitted the Applications "on line" instead of submitting it 'in physical form'. As the Appellants have submitted the proposal in writing/physical form, the same were not considered by the Corporation till this date.

Learned counsel for the Appellants submitted that, the Appellants will submit the proposal for regularization of suit structure as prescribed by the Corporation within two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.

Stand over to 31st March, 2020.

Till the next date, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) of the interim Applications.
