It is not in dispute that out of 24 flats, keys of 8 flats are handed over to the learned Court Receiver and in regard to the balance flats, the keys could not be handed over. Learned Counsel for the respondents makes a statement that within one week from today, keys of the balance flats would be handed over to the learned Court Receiver. It is informed by the Court Receiver that a meeting has already been fixed on 11 March 2020. It is open for the respondents to hand over the keys during the said meeting.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the parties inform that an endeavour is being made by the parties to settle the disputes. It would be appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case that the parties try to settle the disputes. Accordingly stand over to 23 March 2020. 3.

Ad-interim orders as passed earlier shall continue to operate in the meantime.
