In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, has assailed the validity of the impugned order dated 28th May 2021 passed under section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 by the Assistant Registrar.

Admittedly, the petitioner has remedy to file revision under section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the statutory remedy available under law.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the liberty as prayed for. 5.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter.
