Upon mentioning, the petitions are taken on board. 2) The petitions challenge order dated 24 November 2021 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner granting permission to the opponent to conduct cross-examination of the Applicant in the proceedings. The impugned order was passed on 24 November 2021 and by now a period of almost four long years have elapsed.
