The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition, since he desires to either avail of the appeal remedy under Rule 20, or approach the Civil Court for challenging his dismissal from Nikita
917-wp-2141-2025.odt service, since he is not a Workman and a dispute u/s 91 of the MCS Act, 1960, would not be maintainable.

With the above liberty this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.

The withdrawal of this petition would not be an impediment, if the Petitioner challenges his dismissal from the service before the Civil Court.

All contentions are kept open.
