Mr. Ankush Bhujangrao Hotkar, the Writ Petitioner is before us, in the wake of the fact that the Advocate appointed by him has demised two years ago, of which he had no knowledge.

He make a statement that he is desirous of withdrawing the Writ Petition, in consideration of the legal implications involved in the action sought by him in the present proceedings, and after seeking a legal advice, he is desirous of approaching the competent Civil Court by initiating appropriate proceedings in respect of the alleged illegal dispossession and, therefore, he seek withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

We deem it appropriate to grant the permission by reserving the aforesaid liberty. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. (MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.) (BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Rushikesh
