Mr. Prashant Chawan, the learned senior counsel for the respondent no.2-MIDC states that in spite of several communications, including the communication dated 8th April 2025, True Blue Corp. LLP has failed to furnish documents in compliance of the requirements under the Maharashtra Logistics Parks Policy, 2018. The copy of the communication dated 8th April, 2025 is taken on record.

On the previous date of hearing, no one had appeared for the petitioners. The impugned in-principle approval is of 29th August 2019. Thereafter this writ petition was filed in the year 2021. Defects were removed three years later and the writ petition 1/2 BGP
