This Interim Application is filed for condonation of delay. 3.

For the reasons in the Interim Application the benefit of arresting period of limitation during COVID pandemic period as allowed by the Supreme Court by its extant orders passed in suo motu petitions shall also be available to the Applicant. 4.

In that view of the matter, the admitted delay of 3 years 48 days shall stand substantially reduced.
