The learned counsel appearing for Petitioner would place on record letter dated 7 October 2024 issued by the Divisional Controller of Respondent -Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation recording out of court settlement under which the modified penalty is agreed to be imposed on the Petitioner. The modified penality is acceptable to the Petitioner. Since the dispute is compromised, Petitioner desires withdrawal of the Petition. 2.
