The learned AGPs submit that the Judgment dated 1st October, 2024, delivered at the Principal Seat in Writ Petition No.4748 of 2019 (Nilesh s/o Namdev Gurav & Ors. V/s. The Sate of Maharashtra & Ors.), would not be applicable to these cases. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 19th March, 2025. The learned AGPs waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 4.
