4) The Appeal is disposed of as compromised in terms of the Consent Terms.

5) Award be modified and drawn according to the Consent Terms.

6) In view of disposal of the Appeal, Interim Application No.8288 of 2025 does not survive and stands disposed of. 7) Statutory deposit, if any, be transferred to the Tribunal. 8) Court fee, if any, be refunded as per rules.
