Mr. Imran Salar Shaikh, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Appellant and submits that on 6th January 2026, the Suit that was filed by the original Plaintiff/Appellant herein has been withdrawn and he also tenders a copy of the Roznama of the Trial Court of that date which clearly records that the Civil Suit no. 1168 of 2018 is disposed of as having been withdrawn unconditionally.

Considering this, he states that the present Appeal does not survive and is also required to be disposed of as having become infructuous. 3.
