The learned counsel submits that by order dated 22.7.2025 the substitute employee Swapnil Pandharinath Kothawade has been terminated from the service.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the termination of respondent No. 2 - Hemantkumar Bhavaji Bahiram has been withdrawn by the management. and that he would be reinstated. They have also accepted the judgment of the Tribunal. The respondent No. 1 - Swapnil Kothawade is terminated from service on 22.7.2022 on account of failure

CA 7487/24 to attend his job.

Considering the above, nothing would survive in the present writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed. Civil Applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim relief granted in this matter is vacated. 4.

However, liberty is reserved to Mr. Swapnil Kothawade to challenge his termination before appropriate forum.
